Step 1: pick your items

• Select the items you wish to order by clicking their "Add To Cart" buttons
• You can change the quantity of each item you want in your shopping cart page.
• You get to your shopping cart whenever you add an item to your cart, or go to the shopping cart window/tab in your browser anytime
• Once you have finished picking the items you with to order, proceed to work out the postage and handling costs

Step 2: Work out Postage and Handling charges

• Please note that Postage and Handling quoted on this site is for orders within Australian only. For deliveries orders outside Australia, place your order without postage. An email payment request will be sent to you with the amount for postage to your delivery address.
• The Postage and Handling page is divided into sections corresponding to the available shopping sections. For items in each section, select the correct postage and handling charge based on the quantity in your order
• Postage charge is based on weight. We try to structure postage to offer the lowest price options to customers. This means that sometimes it is cheaper to split the order into several smaller components for cheaper postage. Where this is the case, it is an option for you to choose the cheaper alternative of multiple packages, or choose to receive a single package with the higher postage cost.
• If your postage and handling selections are correctly chosen and paid for, shipment of your order can take place right away. Allow 5 to 7 working days for the delivery depending on delivery destination.
• If your postage and handling selections are incorrect, don't worry. We will make the calculation adjustment and if there is any extra to be paid, you will be sent a "payment request" email for the adjustment. Once the adjusted amount is paid, shipment of your order can take place right away. If you have paid too much, we will contact you by email to arrange a refund.
